Hi, I'm Becky Brinkman, an experienced office manager with a strong track record of overseeing operations and supporting teams. I have proudly served as the office manager for this organization for 8 of the 10 years I have been a part of this remarkable team.

With over 20 years of experience managing small offices, I have developed a deep understanding of the intricate workings and unique challenges that come with maintaining efficient and productive work environments. My expertise lies in streamlining processes, implementing effective systems, and fostering positive workplace culture.

In addition to my role as an office manager, I have spent 13 years in the insurance industry, gaining valuable insights into the intricacies of this field. This experience has equipped me with the ability to navigate complex policies, provide exceptional customer service, and effectively communicate insurance-related information to customers and colleagues.

My mission is to create a workplace that promotes collaboration, growth, and success. I am a firm believer leaving a place better than you found it and doing everything in my power to help the customer. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new hiking trails, gardening, and spending quality time with my loved ones.

Collin Wood, is a highly motivated individual with a passion for success. He pursued his higher education at the University of Missouri (Mizzou), where he honed his skills and gained valuable knowledge in the insurance field.

Collin has built an impressive professional career, currently working at State Farm, where he has excelled in his role. His dedication and hard work have earned him recognition within the company, as he has been inducted into State Farm Team Member Hall of Fame each year he was eligible for his outstanding performance and contributions.

Outside of his professional life, Collin indulges in his interests and hobbies. He has a deep love for racing cars, and his need for speed is evident as he actively participates in road racing events. Additionally, he enjoys the serenity of boating, finding solace and relaxation out on the Meramec River.

Marion moved to the US from Germany in 2005. She was licensed and started working in insurance with State Farm in 2012. Marion enjoys spending time with her grown daughters and sings with a German party band in her spare time, especially around Octoberfest time. Besides this she enjoys long hikes and enjoys the rest of her family and friends on her journeys to Germany.

Meet Caleb Dean, a 27-year-old from Killeen, Texas. He is a skilled and licensed insurance agent in selling home, auto, life, and health insurance policies. With an unwavering commitment to helping individuals and families protect their assets and secure their future, Caleb is dedicated to providing comprehensive insurance options for the unique needs of each customer.

He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Missouri Baptist University. Caleb's passion for sports led him to a successful career in collegiate and professional baseball, playing across the United States and Canada. When he's not on the field, Caleb enjoys playing guitar, golfing, hunting, and fishing. Alongside his wife, he dedicates much of his time to volunteering at their church and leading a Celebrate Recovery group.

Caleb has undergone rigorous training and possesses in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry. He is committed to being a reliable resource for all insurance-related matters. Hi, I'm Tavie Jefferson. I graduated from Missouri State University with two bachelor’s degrees in psychology and criminology. I am a powerful force in the workplace and use my positive attitude to encourage others to work hard and succeed. I love pushing myself out of my comfort zone and challenging myself. This is probably due to the fact that I was raised by a Mother and Father who served in the United States Marines Corps, and today I, and the rest of the family continue to work with Combat Veterans. This passion for helping people and building meaningful relationships and helping people succeed in life is what led me to enter the financial services industry. I felt I could make a short and long-term impact on the community and their families.

My name is Jeanette Staskewicz and I am part of the service team here at Jon Chase Agency. I started working for State Farm in February, 2022, for Jon’s dad, Wade Chase. I moved to Jon’s office in July 2022. I had previously worked with children in numerous capacities for over 35 years and was ready for a change. My gift: No matter what job I have had, I have always found it easy to relate to others and their needs.
