"I had issues making the with them had my old phone # my wrong email and the lien info was not correct. After some work all was corrected. How ever not Chase Agency but my bank was giving me trouble about being listed as lien holder. I talked to Beck Brinkman at the Chase Agency and she went out of her way to be as helpful as she could to help me get the documents I needed to the bank. She got all the documents together faxed them email them and called the bank to confirm they got them. OMG so helpful she is an asset to her place of business.
