"Friendly, intelligent staff who are always available to answer questions. We have been beyond pleased with our agent, Becky Brinkman, and through word of mouth from friends and neighbors, it sounds like the whole Jon Chase staff is fantastic. Highly recommend! Edit 5 years later - My first review is still completely accurate. Becky is the sole reason we don't shop insurance every couple of years as was commonplace for us before working with the Jon Chase agency"

"Last year I was with a different insurance company and was very unhappy with them. Oddly I got a knock on the door from a representative of Jon Chase’s office. I set up a meeting with them and was introduced to Caleb Dean. He presented me with a great insurance package for my vehicles and home. I am so lucky to have found him. I feel he has my back. The whole team is very nice and professional. I really like having an agent that knows my particular situation and can assist me with anything that comes up."

We review my needs at least once a year to make sure that I’m covered as well as possible. I have both home and auto coverage with this agency. Recently my car was hit with hail damage. "This office is top notch, they know who I am when I call, very friendly and helpful. We recently purchased 2 vehicles and sold a different one. I had no idea how to get the coverage I needed and how to cancel the one I didn't. Tavie J. was very helpful I had many questions and I kept calling her with more over several days. Each time I received the information I needed very quickly. We have our home and car insurance through this office.
